 The villa is located in an oasis on the slopes of Mount Etna, submerged in the silence and serenity of vineyards and the oak forests of the Etna Park, the ideal spot for a relaxing stay away from traffic and noise, surrounded by the sound of birdsongs and the wind coming down the oak and chestnut forests, but with all mod cons and lots of activities nearby.
The villa is located 25 km from Catania’s airport Fontanarossa at 700 meters above sea level, with a great view on Mount Ilice (a dormant volcanic cone) and an enchanting panorama stretching from Calabria, via the Gulf of Catania, to Augusta. Interesting tourist destinations, such as Zafferana Etnea and Viagrande are only 5 km way and it’s a 30 minute drive to reach the seaside and the touristic port of Riposto. Catania, Taormina, Mount Etna and the seaside can be reached in half an hour (25-40Km).
The holiday villa is panoramically located, surrounded by green. It has a swimming pool, a bocce field, a BBQ and a stone oven. The villa has been divided into two apartments which can be connected to comfortably accommodate up to ten people (2+2+2+1 persons and 2+2 persons). The grounds surrounding the villa measure 4.000 m2 and contain an orchard, a vineyards and a vegetable garden.
